By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, uploading content, generating outputs, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Orvyno provides AI-powered web software for creative and productivity workflows, including tools for creating, editing, and transforming images, video, audio, music, and related assets.

The Service is software. Orvyno is not a bank, financial institution, gambling operator, adult-content platform, marketplace for regulated goods, or copyright-circumvention service.

3. Eligibility, Accounts, and Security

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use paid features.

You are responsible for accurate account and billing information, maintaining login confidentiality, all account activity, and promptly notifying us of unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payment

Orvyno may offer free usage, paid subscriptions, usage credits, credit packages, or other software access options. Pricing, included usage, limits, and renewal intervals are shown on our pricing page or confirmed directly with support.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges or consumed credits.

5. User Content and Generated Outputs

You retain rights to prompts, instructions, reference files, and other content you submit. You grant Orvyno and our service providers a limited license to host, transmit, process, display, and store that content as needed to provide and secure the Service.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, and product-specific restrictions, you may use generated outputs you create through the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing activity.
• Do not exploit or endanger children, create non-consensual intimate imagery, or facilitate harmful impersonation.
• Do not facilitate malware, phishing, spam, platform abuse, or evasion of security controls.
• Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Do not bypass safety filters, usage limits, payment systems, or access controls.

7. Intellectual Property, Providers, and Availability

The Service, software, design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by Orvyno or our licensors.

The Service may rely on third-party AI model providers, cloud infrastructure, storage, analytics, email, and payment processors. We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvyno disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORVYNO LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
